Phase 1

(Review of stock and water loss analysis, Hydraulic calculation, Water loss analysis pilot zone, General design and detailed planning for main line (DN 1000) and for distribution network, Preparation of tender documents, tendering, evaluation of bids and assistance in contract negotiations, Feasibility studies for the planned investment measures of phase 2)

 

Phase 2

(Review of the planned investment measures and cost estimate, Introduction of DMA's,,Water loss reduction: strategy and measures, GIS, Theoretical and practical training on reducing water losses, Update digital maps and database, Operation and maintenance plan, Detailed planning and cost estimates for the investment measures, Tender documents: FIDIC Red Book for the network; FIDIC Yellow Book for the water treatment plant, Assistance with tendering, evaluation of offers, contract negotiations, Construction supervision and acceptance)
